About Us
Green Lion Holdings LLC was co-founded by Nicholas G.B. Reines (“G”) and Dr. D. in New Mexico, laying the groundwork for a decade of feasibility work. This culminated in the launch of G.L.I.F.E Inc., a C-Corp dedicated to the unique blend of mystical regenerative land stewardship, Bitcoin mining-backed strategies, and herbal medicinal chemistry that they had developed. Now, they are bringing their innovative approach to southern Chile, where they are creating a sanctuary for their close-knit “gang” and future collaborators. Our Experience
Land Development and Infrastructure Builds
Our team has extensive experience in land development and infrastructure builds. We have conducted a 120-acre vineyard feasibility analysis in southern Chile and have been involved in 50/50 LLC land-development operations in New Mexico since early 2025. Our portfolio also includes prior cannabis cultivation and rural infrastructure builds, demonstrating our versatility and adaptability in various environments and projects.
Technical Operations and DIY Construction
We have hands-on experience in Bitcoin node operation, multi-sig custody, crypto financing, and small-scale mining rigs. Our team is also skilled in DIY construction, including masonry, carpentry, solar installs, and well-drilling coordination. This blend of technical operations and practical construction skills sets us apart and allows us to tackle a wide range of projects.
Specialized Facility Setup and Design
Our experience extends to the setup and design of specialized facilities. We have set up alchemical and herbal labs, handling everything from extraction and tincture to distillation and formulation. Additionally, we have experience in library and study build-outs, including custom shelving, meeting spaces, and archival design.
